ANHANGI. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 238 ff. i. V. m. §§ 264 ff. HGB aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen GmbH gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bewertung wurde unter Annahme der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit vorgenommen. Anlagevermögen Die Bewertung der immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und der Sachanlagen erfolgte zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um die planmäßigen linearen Abschreibungen. Umlaufvermögen Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert oder mit dem am Bilanzstichtag niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Mögliche Ausfallrisiken bei den Forderungen wurden durch angemessene Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenständeenthalten keine Beträgemit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr. Es sind keine Beträge enthalten, die erst nach dem Bilanzstichtag rechtlich entstehen. Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. IV. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert. V. sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführung Dr. Christopher Leptien, Dipl. Kfm.
