AnhangAngaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen (1) Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluss 2023 der: Holz Klein GmbHMombacher Str. 9155122 Mainzeingetragen im Handelregister Mainz unter HBR6187wurde auf Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des HGB aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbHG zu beachten. Im Einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden: Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen. Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bzw. den von dem Markt-preisen am Jahresende abgeleiteten niedrigeren Werten bewertet. Die Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. (2) Sontige Angaben Das Unternehmen beschäftigte im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr 2023 durchschnittlich 35 Arbeitnehmer (3) Angaben über die Mitglieder der Unternehmensorgane Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahrs wurde die Gesellschaft durch die Geschäftsführer Herrn Marcel Klein und Herrn Guido Klein vertreten. Die Geschäftsführer sind einzelvertretungsberechtigt.
