AnhangAllgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs, insbesondere unter der Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß der §§ 242 ff. HGB aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert. Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz bzw. in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung gewählt. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Soweit erforderlich, wurde der am Bilanzstichtag vorliegende niedrigere Wert angesetzt. Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt. Die liquiden Mittel - Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten - sind zum Nennwert bewertet. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden. Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt. Angaben zur Bilanz Vermerk im Anhang Besonderheiten Die Bilanz der Gesellschaft weist zum 31.12.2023 einen nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckten Fehlbetrag in Höhe von 387.863,73 Euro aus. Zur Finanzierung der Gesellschaft haben die Gesellschafter der Gesellschaft verzinsliche mittelfristige Darlehen von 300.000,00 Euro gewährt, deren Rückzahlung erst zum 31.12.2024 fällig ist. Zusätzlich wurde ein Darlehen mit Rangrücktritt gemäß § 39 Abs. 2 InsO in Höhe von 400.000,00 Euro gewährt. Die Gesamtverbindlichkeiten der Ovy GmbH aus diesen Darlehen belaufen sich zum Bilanzstichtag, unter Berücksichtigung der Zinsen, auf 784.441,23 Euro. Unter Berücksichtigung der gewährten Gesellschafterdarlehen, ergibt sich folgendes wirtschaftliches Eigenkapital zum Bilanzstichtag:
