Anhang zum 31. Dezember 2010der Essler GmbH, StarnbergDer Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 2010 ist nach den Vorschriften des HGB aufgestellt worden. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB). Die Wertangaben erfolgen in Euro (EUR), bzw. Tausend Euro (TEUR). Es handelt sich um eine "kleine Kapitalgesellschaft" i. S. des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die für diese Gesellschaft vorgesehenen Erleichterungen der § 288 S. 2, § 274a und § 276 HGB wurden weitgehend in Anspruch genommen. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind durchwegs an den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet worden. Wahlrechte wurden nicht ausgeübt. Die Beteiligung betrifft das Komplementärkapital bei der Essler GmbH & Co KG und wird spiegelbildlich zu dem dort ausgewiesenen Eigenkapital bewertet. Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Rückstellungen sind für Kosten der Jahresabschlusserstellung und Ertragsteuern (Vorjahr) gebildet worden. Die Bewertung der Vermögens- und Schuldposten trägt allen erkennbaren Risiken nach den Grundsätzen vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung Rechnung. Zum Bilanzstichtag bestanden keine Forderungen gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen. Es bestanden Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von EUR 158,61. Es waren keine Angestellten beschäftigt. Die Geschäftsführung wurde im Berichtsjahr von Herrn Walter Essler ausgeübt. Der Geschäftsführer wird der Gesellschafterversammlung vorschlagen, den bestehenden Verlustvortrag in Höhe von EUR -210,29 mit dem Jahresüberschuss in Höhe von EUR 160,00 zu verrechnen und auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
