Anhang1.1 Allgemeine Angaben zum JahresabschlussDer Jahresabschluss der Firma MarWin GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlusssticktag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 2 auf. Die Bilanz wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 266 ff. HGB in Kontoform aufgestellt. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr nicht verändert. In der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde, wie in den Vorjahren, die Gliederung nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB gewählt. 1.2 Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDas Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Die Forderungen wurden mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Erkennbare Risiken sowie das allgemeine Delcredere wurden durch Einzel- und Pauschalwertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Uneinbringliche Forderungen wurden ausgebucht. Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr sind zum Bilanzstichtag nicht vorhanden. Die Steuerrückstellungen und sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten. Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren sind nicht vorhanden. 1.3 Sonstige AngabenWährend des Geschäftsjahres 2015 wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft von Herrn Marcus Winkler geführt. Der Geschäftsführer ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
