Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 20101. AllgemeinesDie Addit Asset Management GmbH in Köln hat die Verwaltung eigenen Vermögens, insbesondere die Beteiligung an anderen Unternehmen zum Gegenstand. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 HGB. Die Gliederung der Bilanz entspricht den gesetzlichen Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren angewendet. 2. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDas Anlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten vermindert um planmäßige, nutzungsbedingte Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Wertpapiere des Umlaufvermögens wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zu ihren Nominalbeträgen angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten, die zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt wurden, sind kurzfristig fällig. Eine grundbuchrechtliche Absicherung liegt nicht vor. Es besteht eine Forderung in Höhe von T€ 61 mit einer Restlaufzeit von 1 bis 5 Jahren. Alle übrigen Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. 3. Sonstige AngabenDie Gesellschaft ist Komplementärin ohne Gewinnbeteiligung an den Gesellschaften Sigma Asset Management GmbH & Co. Objekt Leipzig Schenkendorfstr. KG, Sigma Asset Management GmbH & Co. Objekt Berlin Romain-Rolland-Str. KG und Sigma Asset Management GmbH & Co. Objekt Quartier an der Museumsinsel KG. Im Geschäftsjahr wurden keine Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. 3.1 Geschäftsführung Als Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist bestellt:
3.2 Ergebnisverwendungsvorschlag Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, das Jahresergebnis auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. Die Feststellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte am 30.9.11.
