II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden grundsätzlich unverändert zum Vorjahr angewendet. Änderungen, sofern vorgenommen, sind bei den Bewertungsmethoden nachfolgend erläutert. Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beachtung der generellen Ansatz- und Bewertungsvorschriften der §§ 246 bis 256a HGB erstellt. Die besonderen Ansatz- und Bewertungsvorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 268 bis 278 HGB) wurden - soweit einschlägig - gemäß den Bestimmungen des Gesellschaftsvertrages beachtet. Die Gliederung von Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgt gemäß § 266 und § 275 HGB. Das Prinzip der Darstellungsstetigkeit wurde beachtet. Die Bilanzierung und Bewertung erfolgte unter der Annahme der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit (going concern; § 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB). Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, entsprechend der branchenüblichen Nutzungsdauer (von drei bis zehn Jahren) angesetzt. Die Forderungen, sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie die flüssigen Mittel werden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen erfassen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden mit dem ihrer Restlaufzeit entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz der vergangenen sieben Geschäftsjahre abgezinst. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze blieben gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert. Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten in fremder Währung sind mit dem Devisenkassamittelkurs am Bilanzstichtag bewertet. III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz IV. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde in Form des Gesamtkostenverfahrens aufgestellt. V. Für das Folgejahr rechnet die Gesellschaft mit einer Belastung in ähnlicher Höhe. Haftungsverhältnisse im Sinne des § 251 HGB liegen nach Auskunft der Geschäftsleitung nicht vor. Grasbrunn b.
