Anhang1. Vorbemerkungen Der Jahresabschluss der Firma Back und Brau GmbH wurde nach den Vorschriften des HGB in der Fassung des Bilanzmodernisierungsgesetzes vom 25. 5. 2009 (BilMoG) und des GmbH-Gesetzes erstellt. Bei der erstmaligen Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses nach dem Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) wurden die Vorjahresvergleichszahlen auf Grund des Wahlrechts des Art. 67 Abs. 8 Satz 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst. Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung, die weder im Geschäftsjahr noch im Vorjahr einen Betrag ausweisen, werden gem. § 265 Abs. 8 HGB nicht angegeben. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von EUR 410,00 wurden im Jahr der Anschaffung nach der Vereinfachungsregelung (§ 6 Abs. 2 EStG) abgeschrieben. Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Die Bewertung erfolgte zu Nennwert. Die sonstigen Forderungen wurden entsprechend bewertet. Die Kassen-, Bankstände stimmen mit dem maßgeblichen Stand des Kassenbuchs bzw. der Bankbelege und Darlehensbestätigungen zum Bilanzstichtag überein. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten wurde nach denselben Grundsätzen bewertet.
