Grundlagen Die Gesellschaft ist eine "kleine" Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr vom 1. Januar bis zum 31. Dezember 2011 ist nach den Vorschriften des HGB aufgestellt. Die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht den §§ 266 und 275 HGB sowie § 42 GmbHG, wobei für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung das Gesamtkostenverfahren Anwendung findet. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 288 Satz 1 HGB wird Gebrauch gemacht. Zur Verbesserung der Klarheit der Darstellung wurden die nach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften zu erbringenden Vermerke zur Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt. 2. Grundsätze der Bilanzierung und Bewertung Bilanzierung und Bewertung richten sich nach den allgemeinen Bestimmungen der §§ 242 bis 256 HGB sowie den ergänzenden Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß den §§ 264 bis 283 HGB. Die Finanzanlagen werden mit ihren Anschaffungskosten bilanziert. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital entspricht dem im Handelsregister eingetragenen Betrag und ist voll eingezahlt. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. 3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr. 4. Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführung Patrick Schwarz-Schütte, Kaufmann Ergebnisverwendung Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Jahresfehlbetrag in Höhe von € 80.000,87 mit dem Verlustvortrag zusammenzufassen und auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
