ANHANGI. Allgemeines Der Jahresabschluss für das Rumpfgeschäftsjahr vom 1. Januar 2009 bis 23. März 2009 der CDC-DI GmbH (im folgenden "Gesellschaft" genannt) wurde unter Anwendung der Vorschriften des HGB und des GmbHG aufgestellt. Es handelt sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.d. § 267 HGB. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden werden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert nach den gleichen Grundsätzen fortgeführt. Liquide Mittel werden zu Nennwerten bilanziert. Rückstellungen werden in angemessener Höhe für alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen gebildet. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt. III. Angaben zu bestimmten Bilanzpositionen sowie zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung In den Rückstellungen sind nur Rückstellungen für steuerliche Beratungsleistungen (TEUR 17) und Rückstellungen für Jahresabschluss- und Prüfungskosten (TEUR 5) enthalten. IV. Sonstige Angaben Die Gesellschaft beschäftigt keine Arbeitnehmer. Die Geschäftsführung oblag im Geschäftsjahr 2009 der Liquidatorin, Frau Stéphanie Lotz-Pech, Berlin. Mit Gesellschafterbeschluss vom 11. Mai 2007 wurde die Liquidation der Gesellschaft beschlossen. Dieser Beschluss wurde am 24. März 2009 im Handelsregister eingetragen. Der gesellschaftsvertraglich gebildete Beirat der Gesellschaft erhielt keine Bezüge. Die Gesellschaft hält zum Bilanzstichtag eine Beteiligung an der BBIP GmbH & Co. KG mit Sitz in Schönefeld. Mit Gesellschafterbeschluss vom 24. Juni 2008 haben die Gesellschafter die Liquidation der BBIP GmbH & Co. KG mit Ablauf des 14. Oktober 2008 beschlossen. Die Liquidatorin schlägt vor, den Verlust des Rumpfgeschäftsjahres auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. Frankfurt, den 15. Oktober 2010
