ANHANGGülsah Gümüs GmbH Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2010 1. Allgemeine Hinweise Der Jahresabschluss des Rumpfwirtschaftjahres ist nach den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften unter Beachtung der Grundsätze ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung unter besonderer Beachtung der Vorschriften der §§ 264 ff. HGB aufgestellt worden. Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgt gemäß § 266 HGB; die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird unter Anwendung des Gesamtkostenverfahrens gegliedert. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet. Die Abschreibungen werden grundsätzlich unter Berücksichtigung steuerlich zulässiger Nutungszeiten nach der linearen Methode vorgenommen. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit den Nennbeträgen bewertet. Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme gebildet. Die Rückstellungen für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten sind nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung gebildet und unter Beachtung der handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften angesetzt und bewertet worden. Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt und weitestgehend durch branchenübliche Eigentumsvorbehalte besichert. Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Nennbetrag bewertet. 3. Sonstige Angaben Haftungsverhältnisse im Sinne von § 268 Abs. 7 i.V.m. § 251 HGB bestehen nicht. Ergebnisverwendungsvorschlag: Das Jahresergebnis 2010 wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen. Bremen, den 07.05.2012
