Anhang zum 31. Dezember 2010k.Press GmbH1. Erläuterungen zum Jahresabschluss1.1. Allgemeine Erläuterungen Auf die Rechnungslegung finden die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB Anwendung. 1.2. Erläuterungen zu den Bilanzierungs-, Bewertungs- und Umrechnungsmethoden Bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die folgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend: a) Aktiva Der Warenbestand wird zu Anschaffungskosten und - sofern erforderlich - retrograd bewertet unter Einbeziehung angemessener Wertabschläge für Alter und Überbestände. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie liquide Mittel werden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Zweifel hafte Forderungen werden - soweit erforderlich - in ausreichendem Umfang wertberichtigt. b) Passiva Das gezeichnete Kapital wurde zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Ausstehende und nicht eingeforderte Einlagen wurden gemäß § 272 Abs. 1 Satz 3 HGB offen abgesetzt und die Vorjahreszahlen i.S.v. § 265 Abs. 2 Satz 3 HGB angepasst. Die Dotierung der Rückstellungen erfolgte in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme. Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit Ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. 1.3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Die Gesellschaft ist zum Bilanzstichtag buchmäßig mit TEUR 34 überschuldet. Aufgrund stiller Reserven im Warenbestand sowie eines Rangrücktritts seitens der Gesellschafter für bestehende Gesellschafterverbindlichkeiten ist die Gesellschaft im Rahmen der Aufstellung eines Überschuldungsstatus wertmäßig nicht überschuldet. 2.
