Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen Die Gesellschaft trägt die Firma Hurtigruten Expedition Technical Services GmbH und hat ihren Sitz in Hamburg. Sie wird beim Amtsgericht Hamburg unter der Nummer HRB 166517 geführt. II. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) aufgestellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung findet das Gesamtkostenverfahren gem. § 275 Abs. 2 HGB Anwendung. Aus Gründen der Klarheit und Übersichtlichkeit wurden die Restlaufzeiten der Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten im Anhang dargestellt. III. Bilanzierungs-, Bewertungs- und Umrechnungsmethoden Die Sachanlagen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bilanziert. Die Abschreibungen wurden linear vorgenommen. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wurden in Anlehnung an die einkommensteuerlichen Vorschriften im Jahr der Anschaffung in voller Höhe abgeschrieben. Die Forderungen, sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände und liquiden Mittel wurden zu Nennwerten unter Berücksichtigung von notwendigen Einzelwertberichtigungen bilanziert. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt. Geschäftsvorfälle in fremder Währung werden mit dem Kurs am Tage des Geschäftsvorfalls in Euro umgerechnet. Kurzfristige Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Laufzeit von bis zu zwölf Monaten werden mit dem Devisenkassamittelkurs zum Bilanzstichtag umgerechnet; bei Posten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr erfolgt dies nur insoweit, wie Kursverluste zu erfassen sind. IV. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Die Restlaufzeiten aller Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände betragen wie im Vorjahr weniger als ein Jahr. Die Verbindlichkeiten haben wie im Vorjahr sämtlich eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschafter enthalten in voller Höhe Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen. V. Sonstige Angaben Anzahl der Arbeitnehmer Im Jahr 2023 betrug die durchschnittliche Zahl der dauerhaft angestellten Beschäftigten 13 (Vorjahr 12).
