AnhangWirtschaftliche Verhältnisse Das Unternehmen schloß das Geschäftsjahr 2017 mit einem Jahresfehlbetrag von EUR -1.870,76 ab. Die Umsatzerlöse betrugen im Berichtszeitraum EUR 0,00. Als Ergebnis der gewöhnlichen Geschäftstätigkeit wurden im Jahr 2016 EUR -1.870.76 erzielt . Jahresabschluß Die Erstellung vorliegender Steuerbilanz erfolgte unter Beachtung der handelsrechtlichen und steuerrechtlichen Buchführungs- und Bilanzierungsvorschriften . Das abnutzbare Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibung bewertet . Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Bei zweifelhaften Forderungen wurden Einzelberichtigungen vorgenommen. Die Guthaben und Kassenbestände werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung bemessen. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Sonstige Angaben Die Gesellschafterversammlung hat am 29.09.2015 beschlossen, den Sitz der Gesellschaft nach München zu verlegen und die in "Vitapure GmbH" umzubenennen. Im Geschäftsjahr war Herr Frank Füßl, Apotheker der einzige Geschäftsführer. Außer dem Geschäftsführer waren im Jahr 2017 keine weiteren Organe bestellt. Der Jahresabschluss wurde am 26.06.2018 festgestellt.
