ANHANGA. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss 2009 der Betten Raab GmbH ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelgesetzbuches unter Berücksichtigung des GmbH-Gesetzes erstellt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft nach § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Von der Möglichkeit, größenabhängige Erleichterungen gemäß § 274a, § 288 Abs. 1 HGB in Anspruch zu nehmen, wird Gebrauch gemacht. Alle notwendigen Angaben, die laut Gesetz wahlweise in der Bilanz, der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang erfolgen können, werden im Anhang ausgewiesen. B. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert geblieben. Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens werden mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten vermindert um die planmäßigen Abschreibungen bewertet. Abschreibungen erfolgen entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer. Auf Zugänge bei beweglichen Vermögensgegenständen des Anlagevermögens wird die zeitanteilige Jahresabschreibung verrechnet. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 und 2a EStG bewertet Die fertigen Erzeugnisse und Handelswaren werden fortlaufend erfasst und sind mit den Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden laufend erfasst und sind mit dem Nennbetrag ausgewiesen. Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt EUR 51.200 und ist voll eingezahlt. Alleiniger Gesellschafter ist Herr Andreas Bovet geboren am 24.11.1967, Geschäftsführer, wohnhaft in 61118 Bad Vilbel, Hartheimer Weg 12. Die Rückstellungen werden so bemessen, dass sie nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung allen erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen Rechnung tragen. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert C. Sonstige Angaben Alleinvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer ist Herr Andreas Bovet.
