AnhangI. Allgemeine Angaben Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde erstmals gemäß den allgemeinen Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB in der Fassung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgestzes (BilMoG) und den ergänzenden Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften der §§ 264 ff. HGB unter Berücksichtigung der Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes und des Gesellschaftsvertrages aufgestellt. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses sind die gegenüber dem Vorjahr unveränderten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend, da keine Anpassungen aufgrund der erstmaligen Anwendung des HGB in der Fassung des BilMoG notwendig waren. Die entgeltlich erworbenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen bewertet. Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet. Sie erfolgen grundsätzlich nach der linearen bzw. degressiven Methode. Die Abschreibungsdauer richtet sich nach der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer und orientiert sich an den amtlichen AfA-Tabellen. Geringwertige Anlagegüter werden im Jahr der Anschaffung in voller Höhe abgeschrieben. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit den Nennwerten bilanziert. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken werden durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Flüssige Mittel sind zum Nennwert bilanziert. Aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten enthalten im Voraus bezahlte Aufwendungen für nachfolgende Geschäftsjahre. Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen wird allen erkennbaren Risiken Rechnung getragen. Die Bewertung erfolgt nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung. Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. III. Angaben zur Bilanz 1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Unter dem Posten "sonstige Vermögensgegenstände" werden keine Forderungen ausgewiesen, die eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr haben. 2. Verbindlichkeiten Die Restlaufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten sind insgesamt kürzer als ein Jahr. IV. Sonstige Angaben 1. Organe der Gesellschaft Zum Geschäftsführer ist Herr Jan Gottschald, Stuttgart, Programmierer, bestellt. Er ist einzelvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Sonstiger Berichtsbestandteil 1. Angaben zur Feststellung Der Jahresabschluss 2010 wurde am 15.12.2011 festgestellt. |
