Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2012der Astor-Verlag GmbH, 23911 SchmilauAllgemeines Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2012 ist nach den Vorschriften des dritten Buches des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) in der Fassung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) vom 25.05.2009 (BGBl I, S. 1102) und des Gesetzes betreffend Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung (GmbHG) aufgestellt worden. In der für die Offenlegung beim Bundesanzeiger aufgestellten Fassung des Jahresabschlusses wurden die Erleichterungsvorschriften der §§ 266 (1), 274 a, 276, 288 und 326 HGB in Anspruch genommen. Soweit Angaben wahlweise in der Bilanz, der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, haben wir diese Angaben überwiegend in den Anhang aufgenommen. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Im Bereich der Finanzanlagen wird eine langfristige Beteiligung der Astor-Verlag GmbH gegenüber der Astor Verlag GmbH & Co KG von 38.998,40 EUR (Vorjahr 32.956,41 EUR) ausgewiesen. Die Bewertung erfolgte zu Nominalwerten, Abschreibungen wurden nicht vorgenommen. Der Ansatz der Rückstellungen erfolgte in Höhe des mutmaßlichen nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Unter den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen wird das Körperschaftsteuerguthaben 2012 in Höhe von 47,35 EUR (Vorjahr 307,00 EUR) ausgewiesen. In Höhe von 1.300,00 EUR (Vorjahr 1.300,00 EUR) bestehen Rückstellungen für Jahresabschlusskosten. Die Geschäftsführung schlägt den Gesellschaftern vor, den Jahresüberschuss auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. Sonstiges Die Astor Verlag GmbH ist persönlich haftende Gesellschafterin der Astor Verlag GmbH & Co KG, die ihren Sitz in 23911 Schmilau, Möllner Straße 14 hat. Sonstige wesentliche finanzielle Verpflichtungen liegen zum Zeitpunkt des Jahresabschlusses nicht vor. Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft sind Herr Dipl.-Kfm. Rolf Gocht (Kaufmann) und Frau Dipl.- Betriebswirtin (FH) Silke Gocht (Kauffrau).
