ANHANGDie Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgte gem. § 266 HGB. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren nach § 275 Abs. 1 HGB angewendet. Die Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wurde entsprechend den handelsrechtlichen Bewertungsvorschriften unter Beachtung der Grundsätze ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung und Bilanzierung vorgenommen. Aktivierungs- und Passivierungswahlrechte wurden nicht in Anspruch genommen. Die Beteiligungen sowie die Wertpapiere sind mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind mit dem Nominalwert angesetzt. Nicht in der Bilanz ausgewiesene Verbindlichkeiten lagen zum Abschlussstichtag nicht vor. Die Gesellschaft hat im Geschäftsjahr kein eigenes Personal beschäftigt. Die Geschäftsführung wurde im Geschäftsjahr wahrgenommen durch Torsten Christian Wesch, Halstenbek Hans-Dieter Martin, Dipl.-Bankbetriebswirt, Essen (bis 26.11.2010) Mit Gesellschafterbeschluss vom 26.11.2010 wurde Herr Hans-Dieter Martin mit sofortiger Wirkung als Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft abberufen. Die Geschäftsführung wird durch einen Geschäftsführer allein vertreten, wenn er alleiniger Geschäftsführer ist oder wird bzw. durch Gesellschafterbeschluss zur Einzelvertretung ermächtigt ist. Für das Geschäftsjahr 2010 wurde ein Jahresüberschuss von 18.031,24 EUR ermittelt. Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Bilanzgewinn in Höhe von 18.599,33 EUR auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
