Anhang1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. Herstellungskosten - vermindert um planmäßige nutzungsbedingte Abschreibungen - bewertet. Der Ausweis erfolgt vollständig nach der direkten Bruttomethode gem. § 268 Abs. 2 HGB. Die Abschreibungen werden beim beweglichen Anlagevermögen überwiegend linear vorgenommen. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter i. S. d. § 6 Abs. 2a EStG werden als Sammelposten über eine Laufzeit von fünf Jahre abgeschrieben. Die Nutzungsdauer bei technischen Anlagen und Maschinen beträgt zwischen drei und zehn Jahren, bei anderen Anlagen, Betriebs- und Geschäftsausstattung ebenfalls zwischen drei und zehn Jahren. Die Vorräte werden grundsätzlich zu den durchschnittlichen Anschaffungskosten unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips bewertet. Die übrigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. 2. Angaben zu den Posten der Bilanz AKTIVA Forderungen und Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände In den Forderungen sind Forderungen gegenüber Geschäftsführern in Höhe von 3 T€ (Vorjahr 3 T€) enthalten. Der Zinssatz beträgt 8%, die Tilgung im Kalenderjahr 2012 betrug 1,9 T€. PASSIVA Verbindlichkeiten Von den Verbindlichkeiten haben 24 T€ (Vorjahr 35 T€) eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Von den Verbindlichkeiten ist ein Betrag in Höhe von 9 T€ (Vorjahr 9 T€) durch Sicherungsübereignung von Anlagegütern gesichert. 3. Sonstige Pflichtangaben 3.1. Angaben über Mitglieder der Unternehmensorgane Geschäftsführer der Kupferberg GmbH ist: Herr Arie-Moritz Kupferberg, Kaufmann. 3.2. Bezüge Für das Geschäftsführergehalt wird die Schutzklausel § 286 Abs. 4 HGB in Anspruch genommen.
