A. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- oder
Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt.
Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb
der steuerrechtlich zugelassenen Zeiträume linear
vorgenommen. Bewegliche Gegenstände des
Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 800 Euro
(geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter) werden im Zugangsjahr
voll abgeschrieben.
Die Finanzanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten
angesetzt.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
werden mit dem Nennwert, dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert
angesetzt. Zur Berücksichtigung des allgemeinen
Kreditrisikos werden Pauschalwertberichtigungen gebildet.
Bei zweifelhaft einbringlichen Forderungen werden
Einzelwertberichtigungen vorgenommen.
Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.
Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.
Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige
Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages
angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer
Beurteilung notwendig ist.
Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag
angesetzt.
B. Informationen zur Bilanz
Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer
Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren betrug zum
Bilanzstichtag Null Euro.
Die Forderungen gegenüber den Gesellschaftern
betrugen Null Euro.
Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern
betrugen 155.700,00 Euro.
C. Sonstige Angaben
Die Gesellschaft ist unter der Firma Polyskills GmbH mit
Sitz in Frankfurt am Main im Handelsregister des
Amtsgerichtes Frankfurt am Main unter der Nummer HRB 112148
eingetragen.
Geschäftsführungsorgane Im Berichtsjahr wurden die Geschäfte der
Gesellschaft von Herrn Al Quassim Mohammad Al Harthy
(Kaufmann) geführt. Außer dem
Geschäftsführer waren im Berichtsjahr keine
weiteren Organe bestellt[2].
