ANHANGFÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR 2016 I. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZUM JAHRESABSCHLUSS Der Jahresabschluss der Leadpartner Solutions GmbH, eingetragen beim Amtsgericht Potsdam unter HRB 25621 P, wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs (HGB) aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 264 i.V.m. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. II. ANGABEN ZU BILANZIERUNGS‑ UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN Für den Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft finden die Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des HGB für Kapitalgesellschaften und die ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbHG Anwendung. Im Jahresabschluss sind die Bilanzierungsmethoden der §§ 246 ‑ 251 HGB beachtet worden. Es sind sämtliche Vermögensgegenstände, Schulden, Aufwendungen und Erträge enthalten, soweit gesetzlich nichts anderes bestimmt ist. Die Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden sind zum Abschlussstichtag einzeln bewertet worden. Die Posten der Aktivseite sind nicht mit Posten der Passivseite, Aufwendungen nicht mit Erträgen saldiert worden. Das Anlage‑ und Umlaufvermögen, das Eigenkapital und die Schulden sind in der Bilanz gesondert ausgewiesen und hinreichend gegliedert. Soweit Vermögensgegenstände in ausländischer Währung valutierten, wurden sie zum Devisenkassamittelkurs am Bilanzstichtag umgerechnet. Rückstellungen sind nur im Rahmen des § 249 HGB gebildet worden. Aufwendungen und Erträge des Geschäftsjahres sind unabhängig von den Zeitpunkten der entsprechenden Zahlung im Jahresabschluss berücksichtigt worden. Es ist vorsichtig bewertet worden, namentlich sind alle vorhersehbaren Risiken und Verluste, die bis zum Abschlussstichtag entstanden sind, berücksichtigt, selbst wenn diese erst zwischen Abschlussstichtag und dem Tag der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses bekanntgeworden sind. Gewinne sind nur berücksichtigt worden, wenn sie am Abschlussstichtag realisert worden sind. Durch die Anwendung des BilRUG wurde das GuV‑Gliederungsschema angepasst. Der Posten "Ergebnis der gewöhnlichen Geschäftstätigkeit" entfällt und der Posten "Ergebnis nach Steuern" wurde eingefügt. Der Ausweis wurde für eine bessere Vergleichbarkeit auch für das Vorjahr angepasst. III. ANGABEN ZU POSTEN DER BILANZ Die Bilanz ist gemäß § 266 Abs. 1 HGB in Kontoform aufgestellt, wobei die entsprechenden Gliederungsvorschriften beachtet wurden. Anlagevermögen Das Anlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige nutzungsbedingte Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen auf Sachanlagen werden linear vorgenommen. Es werden nur Gegenstände ausgewiesen, die bestimmt sind, dem Geschäftsbetrieb auf Dauer zu dienen. Die Zusammensetzung und Entwicklung des Sachanlagevermögens ist aus dem Anlagespiegel in der Anlage zu diesem Anhang ersichtlich. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Forderungen bzw. sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bilanziert worden. Forderungen in ausländischer Währung sind zum Devisenkassamittelkurs am Abschlussstichtag umgerechnet worden. Eigenkapital Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt EUR 125.000,00. Das Stammkapital ist voll eingezahlt. Sonstige Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt und berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Verbindlichkeiten Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Soweit sie in ausländischer Währung valutieren, wurden sie zum Devisenkassamittelkurs am Abschlussstichtag umgerechnet. Haftungsverhältnisse und finanzielle Verpflichtungen Zum Abschlussstichtag bestanden keine Haftungsverhältnisse, die unter der Bilanz oder im Anhang auszuweisen wären. Die Gesellschaft ist Verpflichtungen aus Mietverträgen eingegangen, die im üblichen Rahmen liegen. IV.
