ANHANGANHANG für das Geschäftsjahr 2012 1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluß Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß §264 Abs. HGB i.V.m. §267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Dementsprechend wurde auf die Aufstellung eines Lagerberichtes sowie eines Anlagenspiegels verzichtet. Weitere Aufstellungsgrundlage war der Gesellschaftsvertrag, sofern er Auswirkungen auf die Inanspruchnahme von Bewertungswahlrechten hat. 2. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bewertung wurde unter der Annahme der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB) vorgenommen. Forderungen sind zum Nennwert aktiviert. Die Forderungen des Gesellschaftergeschäftsführers wurden mit 5,5 v. H. verzinst. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr nicht geändert. 3. Angaben zur Bilanz Für die Forderungen und Sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände gilt eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr. Für die übrigen Verbindlichkeiten zum 31. Dezember 2012 gilt eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr. 4. Sonstige Angaben Die Gesellschaft ist beim Amtgericht Koblenz unter der Nummer HRB 20398 eingetragen. Alleinvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer war während des Geschäftsjahres 2009 Herr Frank Brammertz, Koblenz. Koblenz, den 14. April 2015 Frank Brammertz Die Feststellung bzw. Billigung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte am: 24.10.2014
