2. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss der Suncycle GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs sowie den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG und des Gesellschaftvertrages aufgestellt. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. 3. Angaben zur Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die auf den vorhergehenden Jahresabschluss angewendeten Ansatz- und Bewertungsmethoden werden stetig angewendet. Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen. Die im Geschäftsjahr angeschafften geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter bis zu einem Wert in Höhe von EUR 800,00 wurden in Übereinstimmung mit den steuerlichen Vorschriften gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG in voller Höhe als Betriebsausgaben abgesetzt. Die Bewertung der Gegenstände des Vorratsvermögens erfolgte grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Die flüssigen Mittel werden mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Vorjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Die Bewertung erfolgte auf der Grundlage einer vorsichtigen kaufmännischen Beurteilung mit dem notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. 4. Angaben zur Bilanz Die Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter betragen insgesamt EURO 6.591,25. Der Ausweis erfolgt unter dem Posten " Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände". 6. Sonstige Angaben Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 erfolgte die Geschäftsführung der Suncycle GmbH durch die Geschäftsführer: - Herr Christian Straub - Herr Samir Merzoug Die Geschäftsführer sind von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit und befugt, die Gesellschaft allein zu vertreten. Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahrs beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer beträgt 40.
