A. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Der Jahresabschluss der Firma ANTEGIS GmbH mit Sitz in
Berlin, eingetragen im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts
Berlin (Charlottenburg) unter der Nummer HRB 125887, wurde
auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und
Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches erstellt.
Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das
Gesamtkostenverfahren angewandt.
Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen
Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine
Kapitalgesellschaft.
Ergänzend zu den Vorschriften des HGB waren die
Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.
B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Erworbene immaterielle Anlagenwerte wurden zu
Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und sofern sie der Abnutzung
unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen
gemindert.
Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw.
Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt.
Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden innerhalb
der steuerrechtlich zulässigen Zeiträume linear
vorgenommen.
Die Finanzanlagen wurden grundsätzlich mit den
Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und bewertet.
Die Bewertung der Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe und
der Waren erfolgte zu den Anschaffungskosten, und zwar
unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips.
Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller
erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.
Mögliche Ausfallrisiken bei den Forderungen aus
Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden durch angemessene
Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt.
Die Bewertung der sonstigen
Vermögensgegenstände erfolgte auf der Basis des
Nennwertes.
Die Rechnungsabgrenzungen enthalten periodengerechte
Abgrenzungen der Aufwendungen vor dem Bilanzstichtag, die
einem bestimmten Zeitraum nach diesem Zeitpunkt zuzurechnen
sind.
Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach
vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung
notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt; sie
berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und
ungewissen Verpflichtungen.
Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag
angesetzt.
C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und Gewinn- und
Verlustrechnung
Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens kann dem
Brutto-Anlagenspiegel zum 31.12.2022 entnommen werden.
Die Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von insgesamt
167.735,43 EUR gliedern sich wie folgt:
- Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr 167.735,43 EUR.
D. Sonstige Angaben
Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres
wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft durch den
Geschäftsführer, Herrn Andreas Hartmut Joseph,
Kaufmann, geführt.
Durchschnittlich waren im Geschäftsjahr 9
Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
