AnhangBilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB (§§ 238 ff) unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff HGB) sowie den geltenden Bestimmungen des GmbHG aufgestellt worden. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von §267 Abs. 1 HGB. Sitz der Gesellschaft ist Königswinter. Die Bewertung des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um die planmäßige Abschreibung. Es ist bei allen Wirtschaftsgütern die lineare Abschreibungsmethode gem. § 7 Abs.1 EStG angewendet worden. Für im Wirtschaftsjahr angeschaffte Anlagegüter wird die Abschreibung pro rata temporis berechnet. Für die im Berichtszeitraum angeschafften geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten unter 410,-- € wurde aus Vereinfachungsgründen im Jahr des Zugangs ein Abgang unterstellt. Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen Forderungen in Höhe von 78.473,14 €. Das Darlehen wird mit 2 % verzinst. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit den Nominalwerten bzw. Anschaffungskosten aktiviert. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des voraussichtlichen Anfalls dotiert, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung für notwendig erachtet wurde. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden gemäß § 253 Abs.1 Satz 2 HGB mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Der im Geschäftsjahr 2011 erzielte Jahresfehlbetrag in Höhe von 286.333,91 € wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen. Die sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen betreffen die Nennwerte der Verpflichtungen bis zum Ende der Laufzeit. Geschäftsführer im Berichtszeitraum sind Frau Hejung Im und Herr André Ferrier.
