Die Gesellschaftsanteile der Gesellschafter Stefano Nepute (70%) und Cornelia Büning (30%) an der Abdichtungstechnik Nepute & Büning GmbH sind zu Buchwerten gegen Kapitalerhöhung zum 1.1.2018 in die N & B Management GmbH übertragen worden. Die Kapitalerhöhung wurde am 9.1.2018 in das Handelsregister eingetragen. Das Datum der ersten Eintragung in das Handelsregister ist der 22.04.2008 Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist das Halten und Verwalten von Beteiligungen. Geschäftsführer ist Stefano Nepute, Wiesbaden. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Bilanz, die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und der Anhang sind nach den Vorschriften des dritten Buches des Handelgesetzbuches erstellt worden. Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 (1) HGB. Von den Vereinfachungsvorschriften der §§ 274a und 288 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht. Finanzanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Die Barstammeinlagen sind zu 50% einbezahlt worden.
