AnhangDer vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Die A Parking GmbH weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Die Bewertung wurde trotz der bestehenden Überschuldung weiterhin unter der Annahme der Unternehmenstätigkeit gemäß § 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB vorgenommen. Die Geschäftsführung der Gesellschaft geht von einer positiven Fortführungsprognose aus. Bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden erkennbare Einzelrisiken soweit erforderlich durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Die Steuerrückstellungen und die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Geschäftsführer war im Geschäftsjahr 2010 Herr Jeen Martin Robert Boringa.
