AnhangGrundlagen der Rechnungslegung Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde nach den maßgeblichen Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und denen des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Bilanz sowie die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind entsprechend den Bestimmungen des HGB gem. §§ 266, 275 HGB gegliedert. Die Darstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gem. § 275 Abs. 2 HGB erstellt.
Die Wertansätze in der Bilanz der VR-Service Donau-Ries GmbH zum 31.12.2010 wurden unverändert als Bilanzvorträge in neue Rechnung übernommen. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Das Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten ist zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Eigenkapitalpositionen sind mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.
Haftungsverhältnisse Haftungsverhältnisse i. S. d. § 251 HGB haben zum Bilanzstichtag nicht bestanden. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Zum Bilanzstichtag bestanden keine sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen.
Liquidator: Helmuth Wiedenmann, Bankdirektor, 86720 Nördlingen Die Voraussetzungen des § 264 Abs. 2 Satz 2 HGB liegen hinsichtlich dieses Jahresabschlusses nicht vor. Soweit dieser Anhang keine Angaben über sonstige, nach den §§ 264 ff, 284 ff HGB angabepflichtige Sachverhalte enthält, haben diese im Geschäftsjahr nicht vorgelegen. Ergebnisverwendungsvorschlag Der Jahresfehlbetrag 2011 wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.
