LHM Services GmbH: Gesellschafterbeschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

Sehr geehrter Herr Schmidt,

der Aufsichtsrat der LHM Services GmbH hat am 04. Juli 2024 über den Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 beraten und folgende Empfehlung an die Gesellschafterin beschlossen:

1.	Der Jahresabschluss 2023 wird festgestellt.
2.	Der Lagebericht des Geschäftsführers wird genehmigt.
3.	Das für die Offenlegung vorgesehene Testat wird genehmigt.
4.	Der Jahresfehlbetrag von 18.059 Tsd. € wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.
5.	Der Bericht des Aufsichtsrates für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 wird genehmigt.
6.	Den Geschäftsführern, Frau Roswitha Hochenrieder und Herrn Lutz-Steffen Schmidt, wird für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 Entlastung erteilt.
7.	Den Mitgliedern des Aufsichtsrates wird für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 Entlastung erteilt.

Mit der Anpassung an das neue Finanzierungsmodell ändert sich durch den Stadtratsbeschluss 20-26/V08199 (Sanierung Fachunterrichtsräume an beruflichen Schulen) und durch den Stadtratsbeschluss 20-26/V07636 (Ersatzbeschaffungen Bildungs-IT) in der Stadtratssitzung am 30.11.2022 der vom Stadtrat der Landeshauptstadt München genehmigte Investitionskostenzuschuss auf 73,7 Mio. € und die Kostenerstattung auf 79,9 Mio. €.

Gemäß §12 der Gesellschaftssatzung stimmt die Landeshauptstadt München als Gesellschafterin der LHM Services GmbH den Empfehlungen des Aufsichtsrats zu.
