Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2021 zum 31.12.2021I. Bilanzierung- und BewertungsgrundsätzeDer vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist nach den Vorschriften des HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften ausgestellt worden. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Im Berichtsjahr wurden keine Veränderungen in der Gliederung der Positionen der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung vorgenommen. Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten vermindert um die steuerlich zulässigen Abschreibungen angesetzt. Bei Zugängen von beweglichen Anlagegegenständen wird die Abschreibung zeitanteilig vorgenommen. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben. Forderungen aus Lieferung und Leistung sowie sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert vermindert um Wertberichtung und unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips angesetzt. Flüssige Mittel werden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt. Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen wurden allen erkennbaren Risiken angemessen und ausreichend Rechnung getragen. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. II. Erläuterung zur BilanzDie Aufgliederung und die Bewegung des Anlagevermögens sind dem Anlagennachweis zu entnehmen. Forderungen und Sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 1 Jahr liegen nicht vor. Die Fristigkeit der Verbindlichkeiten ergibt sich wie folgt:

Der Jahresabschluss per 31.12.2021 wurde durch die Gesellschafterversammlung am 27.04.2022 festgestellt und gebilligt. Dem Geschäftsführer wurde Entlastung erteilt.
Saarbrücken, den 27.04.2022 Arif Tasci, Geschäftsführer LageberichtDie Bilanz zum 31. Dezember 2021 der Firma ATS GmbH schließt mit einer Bilanzsumme von 526.944,77 Euro ab (Vorjahr 455.075,91 Euro). Der Jahresfehlbetrag betrug 305.566,43 Euro (Vorjahr Jahresüberschuss 118.122,76 Euro). Der Fehlbetrag resultiert hauptsächlich aus der Nichtanerkennung der Vorsteuer 2020 durch die Umsatzsonderprüfung des Finanzamtes. Diese Vorsteuerbeträge sind in den Positionen Periodenfremde Aufwendungen und Nicht abziehbare Vorsteuerbeträge ausgewiesen. Aufgrund des Gewinnabführungsvertrages wird der Jahresfehlbetrag in voller Höhe an die IMTAS Holding GmbH abgeführt. Nach den aktuellen Unterlagen werden im Folgejahr weitere Bauvorhaben ausgeführt.
