Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2011der DigiSys Digitale Systeme GmbHgemäß den §§ 284 ff HGBAllgemeine Angaben Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2011 ist nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzrichtliniengesetzes (III. Buch HGB) aufgestellt. Die Gliederung der Bilanz entspricht den Vorschriften des § 266 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist in Staffelform nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren im Sinne des § 275 Abs. 2 HGB gegliedert. Die Bewertung der Aktiv- und Passivposten entspricht den Vorschriften der §§ 252 bis 256 bzw. 279 bis 283 HGB. Abweichungen der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden nicht vorgenommen. Abweichungen in der Darstellung von Posten in der Bilanz oder der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ergeben sich aus der Anwendung der §§ 264 a ff HGB. Die Gesellschaft gilt als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um nutzungsbedingte lineare und degressive Abschreibung, angesetzt. Zugänge von beweglichen Vermögensgegenständen innerhalb des Jahres werden zeitanteilig abgeschrieben. Geringwertige Anlagegüter des Anlagevermögens werden im Anschaffungsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bilanziert. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen sämtliche, nach vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erkennbaren Risiken. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbertrag angesetzt. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Ein Anlagegitter wurde gemäß § 274 a Nr. 1 HGB nicht erstellt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten im Wesentlichen Beträge für Abschlusskosten. Es besteht ein nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckter Fehlbetrag in Höhe von 120.753,12 €. Der Fehlbetrag wird in voller Höhe durch Darlehnsverbindlichkeiten abgedeckt, für die der Gesellschafter (David Baumgarten) einen qualifizierten Rangrücktritt hinter die Forderungen aller anderen Gesellschaftsgläubiger erklärt hat. Sonstige Angaben Organe Geschäftsführer während des gesamten Geschäftsjahres 2011 war Herr David Baumgarten.
