Anhang zum 31. Dezember 2020I. Allgemeine Angaben (1) Rechtliche Verhältnisse Die Gesellschaft ist im Handelsregister Düsseldorf unter HR B 60112 eingetragen. Die Gesellschaft hat ihren Sitz in Düsseldorf. Das Geschäftsjahr entspricht dem Kalenderjahr. (2) Konzernabschluss Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wird nicht in den von der Adamant Namiki Precision Jewel Co., Ltd., Japan, aufgestellten Konzernabschluss einbezogen, die den Konzernabschluss für den kleinsten wie auch den größten Kreis einbezogener Unternehmen aufstellt. II. Erläuterungen zum Jahresabschluss (1) Rechnungslegung Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2020 entspricht den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes. Die Bilanzsumme, die Umsatzerlöse und die Zahl der im Durchschnitt beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer überschreiten nicht die Größenmerkmale des § 267a Abs. 1 HGB; die Gesellschaft gilt damit als Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft, die neben den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB die ergänzenden Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften der §§ 264 ff. HGB in eingeschränktem Umfang anzuwenden hat. (2) Wesentliche Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nominalwert bewertet. Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. (3) Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Restlaufzeiten bei Forderungen Bis auf die Kautionen in Höhe von € 862,56 (Vorjahr: € 862,56) sind sämtliche Forderungen innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Restlaufzeiten bei Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. III. Sonstige Angaben (1) Anzahl der Arbeitnehmer Im Geschäftsjahr 2020 beschäftigte die Gesellschaft keine Arbeitnehmer. (2) Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Zum 31. Dezember 2020 belief sich der Gesamtbetrag der sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen auf T€ 6 (Vorjahr: T€ 6). Diese resultieren aus Mietverträgen.
