Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2013I. Allgemeine Angaben zum JahresabschlussDie Gesellschaft ist unter der Nummer HR B 125876 im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Hamburg eingetragen. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. II. Bilanzierungs-, Bewertungs- und UmrechnungsmethodenDas Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen, bewertet. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben; im Übrigen in den steuerlich vorgegebenen Sammelposten erfasst und über 5 Jahre abgeschrieben. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden mit den Nennwerten angesetzt. Auf die Nettoforderungen wurde eine Pauschalwertberichtigung gebildet. Die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe der Beträge passiviert worden, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig sind. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert. III. Erläuterungen zur BilanzDas Anlagevermögen besteht im Wesentlichen aus Notebooks für Mitarbeiter, die sämtlich in den Sammelposten eingestellt wurden. Das Stammkapital beträgt T€ 25. Alle Verbindlichkeiten sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. IV. Sonstige AngabenGeschäftsführer der Gesellschaft sind:
Sonstige Haftungsverhältnisse Die Kreditlinien wurden durch Bürgschaften der Geschäftsführer der Muttergesellschaft besichert. Als weitere Sicherheit wurden die Forderungsbestände an Kunden an die Kreditinstitute abgetreten. Es besteht aus den Kfz- Leasingverträgen und Kfz- Serviceverträgen ein Obligo von T€ 58.
