ANHANG

1. Allgemeine Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

1.1. Allgemeines

Die HYD GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Berlin und ist im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Berlin (Charlottenburg) (HRB 78722) eingetragen. Das Geschäftsjahr der Gesellschaft ist das Ka-lenderjahr. Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr vom 01. Januar bis zum 31. Dezem-ber 2017 ist nach den Vorschriften der §§ 264 ff. HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufge-stellt worden. Dabei wurde - sofern nicht anders in diesem Anhang erläutert - von den mögli-chen Erleichterungsvorschriften gemäß §§ 266, 274a, 276, 286 und 288 HGB Gebrauch ge-macht.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt.

Sofern es der Übersichtlichkeit dient, werden bei Wahlrechten die Angaben im Anhang gemacht.

1.2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert beibehalten, soweit nicht neue Erkenntnisse eine abweichende Bewertung erforderten bzw. sich durch den Ansatz der neuen HGB Vorschriften nach BilRUG ergaben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie Bank- und Kassenguthaben sind zum Nennwert unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Rückstellungen wurden für alle erkennbaren Risiken nach den Grundsätzen kaufmännischer Vorsicht in angemessenem Umfang gebildet und sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

2. Erläuterungen zum Jahresabschluss

2.1. Eigenkapital

2.1.1. Gezeichnetes Kapital

Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft in Höhe von TEUR 25 ist voll eingezahlt.

2.1.2. Kapitalrücklage

Die Kapitalrücklage beträgt TEUR 567 und hat sich damit im Vergleich zum Vorjahr um TEUR 164 verringert.

3. Sonstige Angaben

3.1. Haftungsverhältnisse und sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Am Bilanzstichtag bestanden weder Haftungsverhältnisse noch sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen.

3.2. Mitarbeiter

Im Geschäftsjahr waren bei der Gesellschaft keine Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.

3.3. Konzernzugehörigkeit

Die HYD GmbH wird in den Konzernabschluss der AURELIUS Equity Opportunities SE & Co. KGaA mit Sitz in Grünwald einbezogen. Der Konzernabschluss ist im elektronischen Bundesanzeiger sowie unter www.aureliusinvest.de erhältlich.
