Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen vermindert. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens mit einem Wert von EUR 250 bis EUR 1.000 wurden im Zugangsjahr über fünf Jahre abgeschrieben. Die Vorräte sind mit den Anschaffungskosten angegeben. Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Keine Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von über einem Jahr. Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr und wurden mit dem nominalen Wert angegeben. Liquide Mittel wurden mit dem nominalen Wert angegeben. Die Rückstellungen, ohne die für Pensionen, wurden mit der voraussichtlichen nominalen Inanspruchnahme angegeben. Die Rückstellungen für Pensionen haben einen Wert von EUR 5.381.121. Die Werte sind nach dem Ansammlungsverfahren berechnet. Zugrunde liegt ein Rententrend von 3 % sowie die Sterbetafel von Dr. Klaus Heubeck 2018 G und ein Zinssatz von 1,78 %. Die Ausschüttungssperre beträgt EUR 294.421.
