AnhangI. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde nach den maßgeblichen Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und denen des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Gesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1. Die Bilanz sowie die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind entsprechend den Bestimmungen des HGB gem. §§ 266, 275 HGB gegliedert. Die Darstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gem. § 275 Abs. 2 HGB erstellt. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die entgeltlich erworbenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen bewertet. Selbst geschaffene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände wurden nicht aktiviert. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen (Nutzungsdauer zwischen drei und zehn Jahren) angesetzt. Die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Die in Vorjahren im Sammelposten erfassten beweglichen Vermögensgegenstände werden linear über eine Nutzungsdauer von 5 Jahren, unabhängig von der tatsächlichen Betriebszugehörigkeit, abgeschrieben. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Anlagevermögen Die Entwicklung der einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens ist dem nachfolgend dargestellten Anlagenspiegel (Anlage 4) zu entnehmen. Die Abschreibungen des laufenden Geschäftsjahres ergeben sich aus dem Anlagenspiegel (§ 268 Abs. 2 Satz 3 HGB). Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. In den Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen (€ 111.200,80) sind keine Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen enthalten . Im Vorjahr bestand eine Verbindlichkeit gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen in Höhe von € 64.171,69. Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten Im Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten ist ein Disagio in Höhe von € 3.500,00 enthalten (Vorjahr € 5.499,96). Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Berücksichtigung der vollständigen Gewinnverwendung aufgestellt.
V. Sonstige Angaben Die Personalaufwendungen enthalten Aufwendungen für die Altersversorgung von € 4.000,00 (Vorjahr: € 104.000,00). Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres erfolgte die Geschäftsführung der avivo Internet GmbH durch den Geschäftsführer: Herrn Jens Hagel. Der Geschäftsführer ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Hamburg, im Oktober 2012 .................................................... Jens Hagel Die Feststellung bzw.
