Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2010 Grundlagen der Rechnungslegung Allgemeines Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. v. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB, da die dort genannten Größenmerkmale nicht überschritten wurden. Grundsätze zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung Ansatz und Bewertung der in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Posten erfolgen nach folgenden Grundsätzen: Umlaufvermögen Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Rückstellungen Die Rückstellungen wurden in der Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen Jahresabschluss- und Steuererklärungskosten. Haftungsverhältnisse Haftungsverhältnisse i. S. d. § 251 HGB haben zum Bilanzstichtag nicht bestanden. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Zum Bilanzstichtag bestanden keine sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen. Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführung Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres lag die Führung der Geschäfte unverändert bei Dorothee Laakmann. Die Voraussetzungen des § 264 Abs. 2 Satz 2 HGB liegen hinsichtlich dieses Jahresabschlusses nicht vor. Soweit dieser Anhang keine Angaben über sonstige, nach den §§ 264 ff, 284 ff HGB angabepflichtige Sachverhalte enthält, haben diese im Geschäftsjahr nicht vorgelegen.
