1. Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist weiterhin Christian F. Schultze, wohnhaft Königsbrücker Str. 13 in D-01896 Pulsnitz. 2. Die Gesellschaft ruht und steht insoweit zum Verkauf. Der geplante Verkauf konnte noch nicht realisiert werden. 3. Die Verbindlichkeiten gem. Pos. D der Passiva betreffen ein Gesellschafterdarlehen des geschäftsführenden Gesellschafters Christian F. Schultze. Dazu gilt dessen folgende Rangrücktrittserklärung: "Ich trete mit meiner Forderung gegenüber der Gesellschaft dergestalt zurück, dass ich diese Leistung nur aus einem späteren Bilanzgewinn oder Liquidationsüberschuss fordern werde. Ich verlange keine Zahlung, die eine Überschuldung der Gesellschaft zur Folge hätte."
