A. Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluß 2010 ist nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzrichtlinien-Gesetzes aufgestellt worden. Auf ihn sind die Rechnungslegungs-vorschriften des HGB für "kleine Kapitalgesellschaften" angewendet worden. B. Besondere Angaben § 268 Abs. 2 HGB - Anlagenspiegel Auf die Erstellung eines Anlagenspiegels konnte verzichtet werden, da die Gesellschaft kein Anlagevermögen besitzt. § 284 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 HGB - Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit ihren Nominalwerten bilanziert worden. Die Rückstellungen sind mit den nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlichen Beträgen angesetzt worden. Das Realisationsprinzip und das Imparitätsprinzip sind beachtet worden. § 285 Nr. 10 HGB - Geschäftsführer Herr Krzysztof Kowalczyk, Kelkheim. Herr Thomas Koester, Hamburg. § 325 Abs. 1 S.1 HGB - Vorschlag zur Ergebnisverwendung Der Gesellschafterversammlung wird vorgeschlagen zu beschließen, daß der Bilanzgewinn in Höhe von EUR 71.467,44 auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen wird.
