ANHANG 2010Vorbemerkung Sowohl beim hier vorliegenden Anhang als auch bei der Bilanz handelt es sich um die zur Veröffentlichung bestimmten Fassungen. Dabei wurden gesetzliche Erleichterungen in Anspruch genommen. Die Gesellschaft ist kleine Gesellschaft i.S.d. § 267 HGB. Sie nimmt für diese Gesellschaften eingeräumte Erleichterungsvorschriften gem. § 288 HGB in Anspruch. I. Grundsätze zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung1. Bei der Bilanzierung und Bewertung richtet sich die Gesellschaft nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und wendet folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden unverändert an. II. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz2. Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen Die Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens werden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Wertberichtigungen werden unter Berücksichtigung steuerlich zulässiger Sätze und unter Anwendung der lineraren Methode entsprechend der geschätzten Nutzungsdauer ermittelt. Auf die Darstellung eines Bruttoanlagespiegels wird nach § 274 a i.V.m. § 268 HGB verzichtet. Die Abschreibungen des Geschäftsjahres betragen EUR 480,00. 3. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert aktiviert. Eine Wertberichtigung war nicht erforderlich. Unter den Forderungen sind solche gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von EUR 547,27 ausgewiesen. 4. Kassenbestand, Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten und Schecks Die liquiden Mittel werden zu Nominalwerten bilanziert. 5. Rückstellungen Die Rückstellungen werden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung gebildet. Sie berücksichtigen ausreichend die zu erwartende Inanspruchnahme. 6. Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Sie sind kurzfristiger Natur mit Restlaufzeiten unter einem Jahr. Unter der Verbindlichkeiten sind solche gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von € 1,56 ausgewiesen. Abgesicherte Verbindlichkeiten sind nicht vorhanden. III. Sonstige Angaben7. Geschäftsführung Alleiniger und einzelvertretungsberechtiger Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft war im Berichtszeitraum Herr Hubert Gerstacker, Metzgermeister, München.
