Geschäftsführer ANHANG zum Jahresabschluß per 31. Dezember 2020der Firma Das Poster GmbHGrünwaldI. Besonderheiten der Form des Jahresabschlusses: Die Form des Jahresabschlusses entspricht den geltenden Darstellungs- und Gliederungsbestimmungen (§§ 265 f HGB). Von der Vereinfachungsmöglichkeit für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften ist Gebrauch gemacht worden. Auf den Ausweis von Leerposten (§§ 265 Abs. 8 HBG) wurde verzichtet. Mitzugehörigkeitsvermerke entfallen. II. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen: Der Jahresabschluß der Firma Das Poster GmbH wurde aufgrund des übergebenen, von uns nicht geppüften Zahlenmaterials, auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Korrekturen bei einzelnen Positionen waren erforderlich. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Im einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden: Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen. Außerplanmäßige Wertminderungen waren laut Angabe nicht zu berücksichtigen. Die Vorräte wurden laut Angabe zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Frachtkosten bzw. Verbrauchssteuern sind bei den Anschaffungskosten berücksichtigt. Sofern die beizulegenden Werte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren als die Anschaffungskosten, wurden erstere angesetzt. Alle erkennbaren Risiken im Vorratsvermögen, z. B. Qualitätsabbau durch Überalterung, Preisminderungen, geminderte Verkäuflichkeit usw. sind lt. Angabe durch angemessene Abwertungen berücksichtigt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Eine Überprüfung erfolgte nicht. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Rückzahlungsbeträgen lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt. III. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung: 1. Die Entwicklung des Sachanlagevermögens kann dem Anlageverzeichnis entnommen werden. 2. Haftungsverhältnisse aus nicht bilanzierten Verpflichtungen, z. B. aus Bürgschaften, Gewährleistungsverträgen u.ä., bestehen lt. Angabe nicht. IV. Sonstige Pflichtangaben: 1. Alleiniger Geschäftsführer war Herr Klaus Ziller. 2. Gegenüber dem Gesellschafter bestand zum 31.12.2020 eine Verbindlichkeit in Höhe von 127.754,50 €. Diese war vorerst unverzinslich. 3. Es wurden keine Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. 4. Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Jahresüberschuß dem bestehenden Gewinnvortrag zuzurechnen und den Gesamtgewinn auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. Der Jahresabschluß wurde am 21.07.2022 festgestellt.
