AnhangI. Allgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen zum Jahresabschluss a. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Gliederung und der Ausweis der Posten der Bilanz entsprechen den Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 267 HGB. 1. Anlagevermögen Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und das Sachanlagevermögen sind zu Anschaffungskosten nach ertragsteuerlichen Vorschriften bilanziert. Das Anlagevermögen wird über die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer von drei bis zehn Jahren abgeschrieben. 2. Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Wertberichtigungen wurden nicht gebildet. 3. Kassenbestand, Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten Die Bestände sind zum Nominalwert angesetzt. 4. Rückstellungen Zur Abdeckung von ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten werden in angemessenem Umfang Rückstellungen gebildet. 5. Verbindlichkeiten Die Ansätze der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgen zum Erfüllungsbetrag. b. Bewertungsmaßnahmen Es werden keine außerplanmäßigen Abschreibungen oder Zuschreibungen vorgenommen. II. Ergänzende Angaben 1. Geschäftsführung Die Geschäftsführung erfolgte im Geschäftsjahr 2015 durch Herrn Matthias J. Kröger, Diplom-Grafikdesigner. Der Geschäftsführer ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. sonstige Berichtsbestandteile
