Anhang zum Jahresabschluss 2011der Firma Decet Development GmbH, Rosenheim1. Rechtliche Verhältnisse Die Gesellschaft wurde mit Vertrag vom 11.02.2003 errichtet. Die Gesellschaft führt die Firma "Decet Development GmbH". Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist die Internetbasierte Dienstleistung, Softwareentwicklung und -vertrieb, Produktion von multimedialen Inhalten, Beratung und Schulung. Sitz der Gesellschaft ist Rosenheim. Das Geschäftsjahr ist das Kalenderjahr. Die Gesellschaft hat mehrere Geschäftsführer. Vertretungsbefugt sind beide Geschäftsführer. Geschäftsführer im Geschäftsjahr 2011 waren Herr Michael Backes, Bad Aibling Herr Peter Frisch, Prutting Beide sind einzelvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Auf die Angabe der Bezüge der Geschäftsführer wird aufgrund der Vorschrift des § 286 Abs. 4 HGB verzichtet 2. Angewandte Bilanzierung- und Bewertungsmethoden: Das abnutzbare Anlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Nominalwerten angesetzt und im Ausstellungszeitpunkt noch nicht vollständig eingegangen. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle im Zeitpunkt der Bilanzerstellung erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich im Sinne des § 264 I HGB um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.
