ANHANGDer Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage des Handelsgesetzbuches erstellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen handelt es sich bei der Gesellschaft um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Angaben zur Buchführung Für das Unternehmen besteht nach § 238 und § 264 HGB Buchführungspflicht. Die Aufzeichnungen der Geschäftsvorfälle erfolgten nach den Grundsätzen ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung. Die Erstellung der Buchführung erfolgte in unserem Hause mit dem Programm der Datev. Angaben zur Bilanzierung Die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte unter Beachtung der handels- und steuerrechtlichen Buchführungs- und Bilanzierungsvorschriften. Angaben zur Bewertung Die Bewertung der Beteiligungen erfolgte zu Anschaffungskosten. Rückstellungen wurden für alle erkennbaren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Es bestanden zum Bilanzstichtag keine Eventualverbindlichkeiten. Die Geschäftsführung schlägt in Übereinstimmung mit den Gesellschaftern folgende Ergebnisverwendung vor: Der Jahresüberschuss beträgt € 28.879,03. Es wird eine Ausschüttung von € 25.000,00 nach Ausgleich des Verlustvortrags der Vorjahre beschlossen. Der Restbetrag wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen. Während des Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch Herrn Tilo Freiherr von Kap-herr geführt. Der Geschäftsführer ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. _____________________________________________________________________
