Angaben zur GesellschaftDie Gesellschaft wurde mit notarieller Urkunde vom 04. Mai 2017 errichtet und ist eine Kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267Abs. 1 HGB. Der Sitz der Gesellschaft befindet sich in Wiesbaden. Soweit größenabhängige Erleichterungen zulässig sind, gelten sie als in Anspruch genommen. Andernfalls liegen freiwillige Angaben vor. Registergericht ist das Amtsgericht Wiesbaden, Mainzer Str. 124, 65189 Wiesbaden. Die Registernummer lautet HRB 29741 2. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDie Zugänge von angeschafften Vermögensgegenstände wurden im Zeitpunkt des Erwerbs mit den Anschaffungskosten nach 5 255 Abs. 1 HGB angesetzt. Abnutzbares Anlagevermögen wurde planmäßig auf die voraussichtliche Dauer seiner Nutzung im Unternehmen abgeschrieben (§ 255 Abs. 3 HGB). Das Umlaufvermögen in Form von Waren (Handies und Zubehör) wurde mit den Anschaffungskosten nach § 255 Abs. 1 HGB ggf. zuzüglich der Kosten zur Herstellung der Betriebsbereitschaft bewertet. Es lagen zum Abschlussstichtag keine niedrigeren beizulegenden Werte vor, sodass sich entsprechende Abschreibungen erübrigen. Es bestehen forderungen gegen Gesellschafter in Hohe von 59.202,10€. Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten (Kto. 1800) sind alle kurzfristiger Natur (Restlaufzeit kleiner als 1 Jahr). Dasselbe gilt für die Rückstellungen. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag, Rückstellungen mit dem notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag aufgrund vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung angesetzt. Steuerliche und handelsrechtliche Bewertung konnten einheitlich vorgenommen werden. Auf die Veröffentlichung der Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist gemäß § 288 Abs. 1 HGB i.V. m § 284 Abs. 3 HGB verzichtet worden. 3. Anzahl der BeschäftigtenWährend des Geschäftsjahres wurden durchschnittlich 14 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt. Die Arbeitskräfte waren im technischen und logistischen Bereich, wie auch im Bereich der Buchhaltung tätig. Weitere Anhangserfordernisse ergeben sich nicht.
