Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2010der Schindler GmbH, KölnA. Allgemeine Angaben zum JahresabschlussDer vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen nach den geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt (§ 266 ff. HGB). Die Darstellungs- und Methodenstetigkeit wurde durch die erstmalige Anwendung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes nicht durchbrochen, Vorjahresbeträge waren nicht anzupassen (Art. 67 Abs. 8 EGHGB). B. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsgrundsätzeDer vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze nach den für mittelgroße Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Bilanzierung der Sachanlagen erfolgt zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten unter Berücksichtigung nutzungsbedingter planmäßiger Abschreibungen. Grundlage der planmäßigen Abschreibung ist die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer des jeweiligen Vermögensgegenstandes (§ 253 Abs. 1 Ziff. 1 und Abs. 3 HGB). Die Abschreibungen erfolgen zeitanteilig. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bis € 410,00 wurden aus Vereinfachungsgründen im Erwerbsjahr voll, die aus Vorjahren mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten von € 150 bis € 1.000 mit 20 % abgeschrieben. Die ausgewiesenen Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert, Flüssige Mittel sind zu Nominalwerten angesetzt worden (§ 253 Abs. 1 HGB). Die Rückstellungen erfassen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist (§ 253 Abs. 1 S. 2 HGB). Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen (§ 253 Abs. 1 HGB) angesetzt worden. C. Ergänzende Angaben zur BilanzDie Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist auf Anlage IV dargestellt, aus der sich auch die Abschreibungen des Geschäftsjahres ergeben (§ 268 Abs. 2 HGB). D. Angaben zur Gewinn- und VerlustrechnungDie Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB) aufgestellt. Die Aufgliederung der Umsatzerlöse wurde unter Bezug auf § 288 Abs. 2 S. 2 HGB unterlassen. Die Ertragsteuern belasten ausschließlich das Ergebnis der gewöhnlichen Geschäftstätigkeit. E.
