AnhangAllgemeine Angaben und Grundsätze zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung Der Jahresabschluss der Tematec GmbH, 53773 Hennef, zum 31. Dezember 2023 wurde entsprechend den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen des Handelsgesetzbuches (§§ 264 ff. HGB) erstellt. Die Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens werden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um steuerlich zulässige Abschreibungen, ausgewiesen. Die Bewertung des Vorratsvermögens erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten, soweit nicht ein niedrigerer Wert beizulegen war. Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind zum Nennbetrag, gemindert um die Pauschalwertberichtigung, angesetzt. Bei der Bildung der sonstigen Rückstellungen wurde allen erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten im Rahmen kaufmännischer Beurteilung Rechnung getragen. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen bilanziert. B.
