AnhangRechtliche Verhältnisse Geschäftsführung: Gamperl Martin Geschäftsführer Jahresabschluss Die Erstellung vorliegender Steuerbilanz erfolgte unter Beachtung der handelsrechtlichen und steuerrechtlichen Buchführungs- und Bilanzierungsvorschriften. Das abnutzbare Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellkosten abzüglich Abschreibungen bewertet. Die Forderungen sind mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. De Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Betrages angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Gliederung und Bewertung der Bilanz- und GuV-Posten entsprechen den gesetzlichen Vorschriften. Einzelheiten sind den beigefügten Erläuterungen zu den einzelnen Posten des Jahresabschlusses zu entnehmen. Die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte nach § 268 Abs. 1 HGB unter Berücksichtigung der vollständigen Gewinnverwendung. Abschluß- und PrüfungsvermerkDer Jahresabschluss der Firma Eurographix Deutschland GmbH wurde aufgrund der vom Auftraggeber vorgelegten Buchführung und Unterlagen sowie der erteilten Auskünfte von uns erstellt. Die Prüfung der Buchführung, der Unterlagen und der Posten des Jahresabschlusses war nicht Gegenstand unseres Auftrags. |
