International Thermal Systems GmbHStuttgartJahresabschluss zum Geschäftsjahr vom 01.01.2010 bis zum 31.12.2010ANHANGBei der Durchführung der Abschlussprüfung haben wir folgende, nach § 321 Abs. 1 Satz 3 HGB berichtspflichtige, bestandsgefärhdete Tatsachen festgestellt: Die Gesellschaft ist in Höhe von TEUR 267 bilanziell überschuldet. Zur Beseitigung der Überschudung erklärte die Muttergesellschaft ITS LLC am 21.01.2011 bezüglich der Forderungen einen qualifizierten Rangrücktritt in HÖhe von TEUR 87. Die Ertragsaussichten sowie die Planung der Geschäftsführung sind positiv, so dass von der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit ausgegangen werden kann. Darüber hinaus weisen wir darauf hin, dass die Gesellschaft nach wie vor von der weiteren finanziellen Unterstützung des Mutterunternehmens abhängig ist. Unser Bestätigungsvermerk geht auf den Fortbestand des Unternehmens gefährdende Risiken gesondert ein. Bei der Prüfung haben wir festgestellt, dass das Verrechnungskonto mit der Muttergesellschaft jährlich verzinst wird, allerdings ohne Berücksichtigung von Zinseszinsen. Eine konzerninterne Abstimmung des Soldos wurde zum 31.Dezember 2010 durchgeführt. Der Jahresabschluss vermittelt insgesamt, d.h. aus dem zusammenwirken von Bilanz, Gewinn-und Verlustrechnung und Anhang, unter Beachtung des Grundsätze ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild der Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage der Gesellschaft.
