Anhang zum Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2010Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss (zu Bilanzierung, Bewertung, Währung und Konsolidierung) 1. Angabe der auf Bilanz und GuV angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bewertungen wurden unter Beachtung der allgemeinen Bewertungsgrundsätze des § 252 HGB vorgenommen. Die Sachanlagen wurden mit den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind zu Nominalwerten unter Berücksichtigung von Wertberichtigungen angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital wurde zum Nennwert angesetzt. Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken sowie ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten berücksichtigt. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden - unter Beachtung des Höchstwertprinzips - mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen passiviert. 2. Grundlagen für die Umrechnung in Euro/DM Die Umrechnung von DM zu Euro geschah auf der Basis 1:1,95583.
